I am new to the blog but wanted to share my good news with the masses. As of Feb.11th you are going to be seeing a whole lot less of me!! I am finally having the breast reduction I have been waiting for my entire life. I figured everyone is going to know anyway and i am too excited not to tell. If anyone has any good advice, gossip magazines (for recovery), books to trade/borrow (i just finished kite runner and a thousand splendid suns if anyone hasn't read yet), or just a call if its nice and you go to the park..maybe i can get someone to pick up the girls and meet you!! I am really anxious for the back relief and the overall results but worried about the recovery and how it will affect the kids..julie..i love this blog..sorry if took a whole post but I am so excited to share my news!

Good Luck Mimi!!
good luck mimi. that's great. i had a friend who had that procedure years ago and it changed her life she said. if i can think of anything for you while you recover i'll definitely keep you in mind!
I emailed Mimi, it is the best thing she can do for herself! i did it, i am just not a boob girl, dont have the personality for big boobies and could not wait to get rid of them! it was many many years ago and it is still the (third) best thing i have ever ever done (after chloe, christian and christian of course!). turns out, the kids then gave me a natural boob reduction (or deflation would be more accurate, lovely pix, eh?) anyway :)
I should have added - 7 pounds! that is what the dr removed from my boobs and was sitting on the scale afterwards! the quickest 7 pounds ive ever dropped! can you imagine? no one should have to carry around an extra 7 pounds on their chest. think of a normal size baby in a bjorn, that gets tiring, right? ya. mimi, have you looked thru catalogs for bathing suits that you can start wearing yet?? i remember doing that. hehe.
