Ladies - if anyone is looking for a fun family outing, check out this link to the Tribeca Film Festival Family Street Fair, this Saturday May 3 from 10-6. We were planning on going to the Central Park Zoo but we are going here instead, zoo isn't going anywhere.
Just a thought for anyone looking for something different to do...I have also heard that the Children's Museum in Philly is great (hands on) and of course Cape May Zoo. Haven't done either yet.

This might have been the greatest day ever. It was about 6 blocks of free kids stuff - bands, crafts, bubbles, face painting, and on and on and on. They must have great sponsors as it must have cost a bundle. We didnt leave until they were taking the tents down. We also had a few hollywood sightings: Edie Falco, Christopher from the Sopranos and Christie Tulington - this was a joke as I said on the way in, "Oh, Ed Burns lives in Tribeca, I hope we see him! and of course we see his hot wife instead. Anyway, it was really awesome, put it in your calendars for next year!
That sounds like so much fun.Maybe I will arrange to take a couple of my sisters kids next year.
